Even tho i didn't do the nitro tour grand prix i gotta say adding Tawna and the Trophy Girls in this game was the BEST Thing they did i love them all if i had to pick a favorite member of the nitro squad i would probably say Isabella or Megumi as my main favorites i like Ami and Liz too but if i had to pick it would go to either Isabella or Megumi.

It is interesting that Activision didn't realese the two Crash games that have mtx in them on PC but did realese every other Crash and Spyro game on PC. It's gonna be a sad day when the servers will be shut down and we will lose access to all of those skins and add-ons cause you can't earn or spend coins without the server, so people hold onto your saves where you have everything unlocked.

Worth noting that Summertime Tawna was originally Watermelon Tawna, however that alongside White Tawna, Black Zem, White N.Tropy, Black N.Tropy and Red Papu-Papu all got changed in the 1.07 update patch. Case 1: EN, FR: Phoenix Wright | JP: Ryuichi Naruhodo "Phoenix" because of the main premise, where he turns seemingly hopeless cases into miraculous victories. "Wright" because it sounds like "right", as in, "correct". EN, FR: Mia Fey | JP: Chihiro Ayasato "Mia" is the shortened form of several names including "Maria" and "Amelia". "Fey" may refer to the _adjective_ "fey", meaning "magical". EN: Larry Butz | FR: Paul Defès | JP: Masashi Yahari "Larry" rhymes with "hairy", and can be mistaken for "Harry". "Butz" was picked for the sake of the idiom and the pun with his first name. EN: Cindy Stone | FR: Cindy Ströi | JP: Mika Takabi It's similar to "cinder block". EN: Winston Payne | FR: Victor Boulay | JP: Takefumi Auchi "Wince in pain." EN: Frank Sahwit | FR: Frank Khavu | JP: Hoshio Yamano "Frank saw it." Okay, since I'm fucking obsessed with this series, I figure I'll bring up some fun facts as the series goes on. First: a little bit of production history. As a reward for the good reception Dino Crisis 2 received, director and writer Shu Takumi was given a small team of 7 people and _carte blanche_ to make a game he wanted. 8 months later, in October 2001, _Gyakuten Saiban_ released, exclusively in Japan, for the Nintendo GameBoy Advance. In 2005, it was ported to the Nintendo DS and released in the west under the name _Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney_ in all localizations. The English version moved the setting from Japan to Los Angeles, while the French version specifically moved it to Paris. Additionally, Shu Takumi himself is the voice of Phoenix in the first four games, while localization lead Ben Judd took the role in English.

So, little bit of advice that's standard for first-timers: 1 - Make the text box more transparent; it's not _necessary_ but it's generally considered good practice. 2 - Case 5 of the first game was added in the 2005 DS port. All releases include it, and that's why it'll feature things that the cases before and after do not. 3 - Present your attorney's badge to everyone during investigations. It's fun! 4 - If you spot anything ladder-like during investigations, examine it. I don't make the rules, you are being drafted to the ladder war like the rest of us. Have fun!

I managed to learn the sewer speedway shortcut relatively well, honestly I'm not great at the game so plat relics are damn near impossible though 😅

And yeah, the difficulty spike of Sewer Speedway's platinum compared to anything else up till this point is jarring. I spent multiple hours before finally getting it during my CTR NF playthrough. Papu's Pyramid, Dragon Mines and N Gin Labs gave me a really rough time too. The rest weren't too bad from what i remember.

Yeah, the Sewer Speedway and Blizzard Bluff shortcuts are really punishing to learn :P The Sewer Speedway one was definitely more awkward on launch though, from what i remember your vehicle had an annoying habit of magnetising to curved surfaces, giving you the wrong angle for the jump. The more advanced version of the fence hop on Blizzard Bluff (without a boost/mask powerup) was something I could never consistently get down, it had a similar strategy of doing a little hop before jumping the fence for that mini boost before you lose all of your momentum to the snow but even pulling off that initial hop-boost felt incredibly specific and if done too early or late you'd fail the fence hop.

Sweet work getting that relic in Sewer Speedway :D I agree it's an example of the OG track being way more fun cos of how easily and naturally you can drive along the walls in that tunnel area :) another fascinating part :D

Maybe there was rubber banding in the launch version of the game and it got patched out?
